Description
I'm currently backpacking from Cape Town to Cairo and after over 3 years of traveling, I want to spend a significant part of this African journey giving back. I centered my initial travel experience just benefitting myself by doing everything I wanted to do and seeing everything I wanted to see; this chapter to be about benefiting the experience others have.

I work online as a business consultant coaching CEOs on everything from leadership tactics to marketing strategies (betterthantheyest.com). My meetings are late in the evening to accommodate for the time difference of US clients and generally don't interfere with anything but my sleep, ha :)

Speaking of, one of the offerings my clients request upon conducting a full-360 review of their companies is a Start| Stop| Keep Report: suggestions of what they should Start doing, Stop doing, and Keep doing. They are simply that: suggestions: you can take or leave any of the feedback, as it is just my perspective. If you run a business, I'm more than happy to conduct a complimentary one for you upon request.

Before I began traveling I remodeled a couple of houses; I'm proficient with a wide range of tools. I've done minor electrical work and haven't had experience in plumbing, but am a firm believer that I can learn anything from a YouTube video and/or a patient trainer. I am passionate about being able to visualize an outcome and put in the work to enable it to come to life. I've had extensive gardens, enjoy doing housework, and love pulling my weight and making a difference.

FIXER UPPERS: I love all types of handy work - from the circular saw and doing detailed finish-work to the wet saw and tiling. I have an eye for design and can get lost in a good home project.

LIGHT IT UP: I can do minor electrical work, such as switching out light fixtures and outlets.

LET IT GROW: I enjoy gardening and the art of creating edible produce from a seed.

SEW WHAT: I can sew - by hand, but more effectively with the use of a machine.

EQ OVER IQ: I pride myself in being smart, but I am much more emotionally intelligent than I am book smart. By trade I work with executives of businesses, and genius only gets you so far; connection is far more important. I would be honored to pass along these skills too!
