Hi! I'm Maya — curious, responsible, and always up for a new challenge. I have a background in UX research, customer support, and content management, with almost 8 years of experience across IT, media, and service industries.
I love understanding how things work and how to make them better. I've conducted user interviews, tested interfaces, written instructions, and helped teams improve products and processes. I speak English and French fluently, so I'm comfortable communicating in different languages and cultural contexts.
I'm also a hands-on person who enjoys creative projects — I've made photojournalistic projects for the media, worked as a photo and video editor, and even jumped out of a plane for fun 😊
In a team, I'm the one who organizes SUP walks or movie nights in the original language. I believe that good work happens when people feel connected and curious.
