Description
A warm Hello to all you lovely people out there :)
Considering that this thing here is titled "Profile description", I assume that this is the right place to introduce myself.
However, be warned: the next couple of minutes will at best be moderately entertaining, and it's up to you whether you want to spend your precious time on reading all this.
If you do, a small bag of popcorn might enhance your experience.
(*️️️️️️️️️thunder in the background slowly getting louder and louder until suddenly: total silence! Then light drizzling rain sets in*️️️️️️️️️)
It was on a cold, stormy night about twenty-four years ago that I opened my eyes for the very first time... the absence of my mothers‘ wombs‘ warmth that I‘ve just been ripped out of with such brutality in combination with the sterile, distant hospital atmosphere filled me with horror immediately.
Soon after, those human-beings who had put me into this world gave me the name Clara, and so here I am now, filled with a love for life that grows stronger and bigger every day.
Having grown up in a small German town with more cows than people, I discovered my love for nature early on. It also didn't take me long to figure out that I feel passionate about traveling, meeting new people, new places, and making experiences and connections which I carry with me forever. After high school, I went to Canada by myself and quickly realized that within the first month alone, I learned more about myself, the world around me and how I relate to it than in all those years at school.
But simply because I love contradicting myself, I am right now studying and working in The Netherlands. I use every summer holiday break to travel and seek those discoveries about this world which seem to nourish and fulfill me in a way that I find hard to comprehend.
So far, I have discovered that I am also passionate about music, being on a boat/ship, good stories in the form of books and movies, good food, mushrooms hunting and growing, and learning new skills and knowledge of all sorts. In my experience, there is something I can learn from every person I meet.
I am also increasingly interested in restorative and regenerative agriculture, Permaculture, sustainable self-sufficiency, everything related to growing food, and learning how to build stuff and use tools.
I feel the most connected to myself and other people if I'm surrounded by nature, whether it's mountains, rivers, the ocean, the forest or a jungle.
Life is a never-ending self-discovery journey for me, and I appreciate opportunities that challenge me to get out of my comfort-zone, as this seems to be the place where true growth sets in at an accelerated speed.
At this point, I would like to congratulate you for making it this far, if you did: the legend has it that very few people every do, as most fall asleep around the 2nd-3rd paragraph or suddenly die of boredom. Hence the warning at the very beginning.Interests

Short version:
I'm very capable of taking care of plants and maintaining a garden. I can take care of animals, I can paint, dig holes, use basic tools, cut wood, and build stuff if you show me how.
Long version:
I adapt and learn fast, and I like to get out of my comfort zone. I learn new things the easiest if you demonstrate and show me.
I prefer working hard over not working at all as it is more satisfying. Generally, I am calm and
don´t easily panic. I value clear and honest communication, and my experience tells me that I am good at very tedious work that requires an eye for detail.
I love plants and have experience with growing food crops, maintaining small and big gardens and greenhouses. I gathered the experience through workaway, my free time activities and my job, which requires me to take care of a large garden with many different vegetables and other plants.
I also love animals and had a dog for several years - as far as I know, she did not die of underfeeding.
Unfortunately, my cooking skills are very limited and often not appreciated, as I have no sense of which ingredients go well with what, which more often than not results in a "meal" that others typically describe as visually and olfactorily challenging.
I can take care of myself and others very well and am quite sensitive to other people's needs. I am respectful and mindful of the people around me.
If you want to help me feel comfortable, Humor is the key.Age

What else ...
I think I took up enough space and time already, so... have a purposeful and fulfilling day, or, if I won't hear from you, life for that matter :)

I am allergic to cats, but I‘m okay with being around them if they live outside and not in the same building :)Special dietary requirements
I'm not eating meat or fish and prefer not to consume any dairy products or eggs either. But don`t worry - I'm the most uncomplicated eater and always find something, no matter where I am.
