I was born in Ukraine but my family moved to Spain when I was 7 years old. I speak native Spanish, and fluent English and Russian.
I'm vegan. I'm a biologist, and studying biology is what made me go vegan. I work now as a freelance and digital nomad Spanish teacher and translator specialised in videogames and medical.
I'm a chill person and I enjoy a quiet life. On an ideal, work-free day, I would do some calisthenics, flexibility and yoga, i would explore some artistic side of me like singing or carving small jewellery out of wood, do some introspection and enjoy some story, whether it could be in book, movie/series or videogame format.
I would also love to do some sort of adventure sports like climbing, snorkeling, kayaking, windsurf, canyoneering, etc.
This year is a whole new adventure for me. I quit my full-time job last year and started focusing more on travelling and freelancing. So far, I've been to Spain to try to reconnect and make peace with my family. I stayed for a month in a sanctuary in Barcelona. I went back to the UK to see my friends for the last time before going on this adventure. Now I'm staying in Berlin for 2 weeks with a friend and deciding what to do next. Whether it's staying for some months in the Canary Islands or starting a workaway trip around Asia.
I'm a very sociable person and I find it easy to make friends and community wherever I go.
I love having a routine.
I want to live as a digital nomad, learning new things while working as a freelancer, and that's why I joined Workaway.

I'm a fast learner and I love working with my hands. I'm also very observant and I learn easy just by watching other people doing it.
I'm strong, capable and reliable. I practice sports daily to keep myself active, strong and injury-free. I don't get tired quickly and don't have any health issues.

Animal care: I've had a lot of dogs, cats and birds and I also volunteered in domestic animals shelters cleaning kennels and walking dogs. Also, while studying biology, I had to be a zookeeper for 3 months. I stayed for 2 months in 2 different animal sanctuaries taking care of pigs, horses, cows, chickens, sheep, goats... and housesitting with 2 big dogs, 3 cats and a lot of chickens. I've also done a lot of house sitting (dogs and cats).

Cooking: I used to work in hospitality as a kitchen manager and cook. I love to cook for other people. I love to experiment and try new ingredients, flavours and recipes. My favourite dishes are legume curries and noodle soups. For ethical reasons, I ONLY COOK VEGAN.

Teaching languages: I am a professional Spanish teacher and translator. I can also speak Russian and English.

Gardening: I have plenty of experience growing vegetables and fruits. Since a kid I helped my grandma in her own small farm, I had grown my own veggies and berries and I have helped in some workaway stays with that.

Building: Limited, mostly I've been a helping hand, but I would love to learn more, specially with ecobuilding and earth ships. I've made paths (digging, putting sand, cobblestones...) and dry walls. Painting.

DIY: I have a somewhat engineer brain and I can easy figure out how something works, repair or replicate it.

Cleaning: I'm very organised and I don't like disorder, messy places and poorly washed dishes, specially in the kitchen. I'm happy with cleaning tasks.

Sewing: I've made some clothes on my own and I know how to repair some clothes.

Computers: I've assembled and disassembled my own computers and for my friends in the past. See "DIY" section.

Sports and training: I love calisthenics and gymnastics. I've been training and progressing self-taught for the past years. I can do group and personal training as long as it's in my knowledge zone.

Wood carving: I love doing small jewellery with wood and sometimes foraged antlers. I've made so far earrings, pendants and rings.
