Hi everyone, my name is Matteo I'm Italian and I'm 22 y/o and I consider myself a sunny and smiling guy who like sociality as much as loneliness.
I'm studying animal veterinary (in particular acquacolture), I love animals and their conservation. I'm in love with everything about nature.

I love sea, mountain and I get emotional in front of a landscape. I like hiking, camping in the wild, fishing and snorkelling.

My aim with workaway is to experience, meet people, discover new emotions and places.
I consider myself open-minded, adaptable and helpful.


Ciao a tutti, mi chiamo Matteo, sono italiano, ho 22 anni e mi considero un ragazzo solare e sorridente che ama la socialità tanto quanto la solitudine.
Sto studiando veterinaria animale (in particolare acquacoltura), amo gli animali e la loro conservazione. Sono innamorato di tutto ciò che riguarda la natura.

Amo il mare, la montagna ed emozionarmi davanti un paesaggio. Mi piace camminare e tendare, pescare e fare snorkeling.

Il mio obiettivo con workaway è quello di sperimentare, incontrare persone, provare emozioni e scoprire luoghi. Mi considero di mente aperta e in grado di adattarsi e disponibile.

I'm graduated as an accountant.
I'm attending the third year of "Aquaculture and Fish Production Hygiene" at the University of Bologna.
I did my academic internship at Fondazione Cetacea Onlus in Riccione (a turtles hospital) and my thesis internship in Namibia about the maternal behavior of Cape four seal (a seal).

In the past, I worked as a waiter in restaurants and hotels during summer seasons.

Now, I'm working as an electrician. I can be good at DIY.

Mi sono diplomato come ragioniere.
Studio al terzo anno di "Acquacoltura e Igiene della Produzione Ittica" all'Università di Bologna.
Ho svolto il mio tirocinio accademico presso la Fondazione Cetacea Onlus di Riccione (un ospedale per tartarughe) e lo stage per tesi in Namibia sul comportamento materno dell'otaria del Capo (un'otaria).

In passato ho lavorato come cameriere in ristoranti e hotel per sei stagioni estive.


Me licencié como contable.
Estoy cursando el tercer año de "Acuicultura e Higiene de la Producción Piscícola" en la Universidad de Bologna.
Hice mis prácticas académicas en la Fondazione Cetacea Onlus en Riccione (un hospital de tortugas) y mis prácticas de tesis en Namibia sobre el comportamiento maternal de Cape fur seal (una foca).

En el pasado, trabajé como camarero en restaurantes y hoteles durante seis temporadas de verano.
