Honestly, I am 38 years old and have no family. I would love to "settle" somewhere where I can contribute but also am seen, known, wanted

I am a very good organizer, declutterer, keeper of a clean household, cook, sorter, office worker, dog walker/trainer, cat carer, driver, shopper, teacher of languages, conversationalist, carer for people, provider of mental stimuli, adventurer - I´d love to contribute to your lives by being me and doing what I know I can do ;-)
Whatever I don´t know to do, I do some research on and figure it out. I am very independent with projects and yet also get motivated working together with others.
Important to note is that I come with a dog, my beagle girl Zola. She´s very good with other dogs and surprisingly good with cats! Within the US and Canada she´s considered a service animal which is why she comes with me anywhere I go. She´s truly an enrichment for everybody she meets (In Austria she´s been a therapy dog making lots of kids happy)

I am a native German speaker and I am an ESL teacher in my home country.
I have lots of experience in tutoring, babysitting, and dog sitting.
I am very reliable, responsible and I am good with people of all ages!
My dog is a certified therapy dog which means that we go visit the elderly, children and people at hospitals.
I am good at taking care of people and animals as well as doing gardening, taking take of houses/properties etc.

I only come as a package deal with my beagle girl Zola. She´s been my family for 7 years now and she goes where I go. She LOVES people (especially children) and has a certificate as a therapy dog
