Hello, I'm Fabi, a German globetrotter who quit his job in mid-August and took a break from his studies to explore the world. I'm 21 years old and have spent the last three years working and studying after graduating from school. Unfortunately, that didn't fulfill me, so I decided to leave everything behind for now. In early September, I traveled to Japan, and in just one month, my passion for travel has grown even stronger. I've now arrived in Australia and am trying to pursue my passions.

During my current journey, I've developed a deep love for photography, capturing everything that crosses my lens: breathtaking landscapes, impressive buildings, fascinating animals, and the diversity of people. I'm also very active in sports and visit the gym almost daily. Occasionally, I go hiking or simply enjoy leisurely walks that fill my heart.

One of my greatest passions is animals of all kinds, which is why I plan to become an animal caregiver after my travels. This decision is also influenced by my previous job at a pet store, which further intensified my love for animals.

I love discovering new things and savoring the beautiful moments in life, especially outdoors and in the company of friends. I'm a very family-oriented person who thrives in the right company and enjoys sharing wonderful memories.

I am fluent in German as it is my native language. Additionally, I have been learning English since the first grade, and I understand the language fluently. While my speaking skills may be a bit rusty, as it is not often necessary to speak much English in Germany, I make an effort to communicate in English online as much as possible to improve my proficiency and be more reliable. Furthermore, I am currently learning Japanese as I started before my trip to Japan, and I find the language fascinating. I am also interested in Spanish because many people in my first hostel speak it, and I would like to engage with them in their native language.

What else ...

Back home in Germany, I spent a lot of time with my friends. We often met up during our free time and organized various game nights where we played a variety of board games. I'm always open to learning new and unfamiliar games.

As mentioned earlier, I'm a big sports enthusiast and would love to try out additional sports. I used to play a lot of table tennis in the past, and during my school years, I also played a significant amount of volleyball. However, I'm also very keen to try surfing and embrace new athletic challenges.
