Description

We are an enthusiastic, down-to-earth couple (31 & 32 year old), looking for an adventure! We are quitting our jobs (as Biomedical Engineer and Case Manager Social Work/Job Coach) coming August 2024, in order to travel and stay/work abroad for at least a year.
Our final destination goal is South-America, preferably without flying.

We love being outside, active and around people. We are open-minded, hard workers and like experiencing and learning new things. Preparing and eating good food is a shared passion, next to hiking, running, soccer and sailing. Besides being active, we love quietness, nature, animals and enjoying the little things in life, such enjoying a good view with a cup of coffee.

Helping others and integrating into other cultures is something we are looking for during our upcoming travelling adventure/life. Also, we fell in love with sailing last year, since we started to learn sailing the Frisian lakes on our own small cabin boat. We would love to learn more skills and involve sailing in our adventure. Ah, and not to forget, we are working on our Spanish language.

We are very flexible and easy-going, so if you think we can help you out and we can make a good fit, let us know!

A little bit more practical info: experience in cooking, teaching, babysitting, farm work, customer service, animal care, barkeeping, (basic) carpentry, painting, hospitality, housekeeping, presenting, event organizing and probably more.. We both have a driver's license.

We are enthusiastic, creative, active, openminded, fast learners, hardworking. We don't mind problem solving, since Suzanne 'sees every problem as a puzzle to solve, and actually likes puzzles' and Cees is very practical.

Suzanne loves painting, drawing and diy, while Cees is into coaching, psychology and basically any sport or game that you can do with a ball. We also love playing (board) games and good talks.
