My dad is a retired builder and dry stone waller, who also grew up on a farm. I (Isla) just completed a degree in Anthropology and am a qualified English language teacher. I have work experience as a kitchen porter, waitress and cleaner, as well as experience working on farms through Workaway, and helping my Dad out with various building projects and dry stone walls too! We both have a driving licence.

We both love reading, painting and the outdoors. My dad is into motorbikes (both touring and fixing them up). My (Isla's) favourite things to do include hiking, climbing, kayaking, yoga and mindfulness.
