Hey y'all!
My name is Stasi, from the United States and I'm almost 30 years old.
In 2025 I will be traveling solo in Australia for a one year working holiday visa. I just completed walking 800 km of the El Camino de Santiago in Spain!
I would love the opportunity to stay somewhere a while to meet locals in Oz, and experience their way of life. ❤️
I have previously worked in several places as a vineyard worker, housekeeper, nanny, journalist, photographer, cook, yoga instructor, and have a long resume of customer service experience. I have been traveling for about 9 years internationally.
I greatly enjoy learning different skills and would love an opportunity to expand my knowledge by trying something new!
I love spending time outdoors hiking, camping, kayaking, practicing yoga, gardening, taking care of animals and pretty much whatever else!

What else ...

I grew up ocean kayaking off the coast in small town, Flagler Beach, FL. I have a degree in photography and out of college I was a journalist. Nowadays I take pictures as a hobby, and to document my travels.
I love cooking delicious food and meeting new people. More often than not I tend to find myself outdoors hiking, at the beach or just sipping a cup of coffee and enjoying the scenery.
I am a certified yoga instructor, and currently practice hatha and ashtanga yoga. I'd be happy to share my passion for yoga with anyone who would like to practice.
A few of the things I've done the last 10 years:
Worked on a cruise ship that went between AK and New Zealand; worked a contract at McMurdo base in Antarctica; traveled to UK, France, Spain, Greece, Turkey, Georgia, New Zealand, Australia, Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, India, Alaska, Hawaii, many South Pacific Islands (like Fiji, Vanuatu, and America Samoa), Mexico, Canada and a large area of the United States; In 2021 I thru-hiked 1,500 miles of the Appalachian Trail, this year I walked El Camino de Santiago (800 km), and in past years I took a 500 hr yoga teacher training course, as well as a 250 hr intensive Ayurveda course in India.
My passion in life is to travel and create experiences while meeting cool people in beautiful places.
