Looking for somewhere to volunteer at from the middle of July to the middle of August for a month or longer, either somewhere with hiking, surfing or swimming opportunities so I can stay active!

Description
I'm currently in my second year of completing an Economics degree at the University of Nottingham and I have a long summer ahead of me before my final year, and instead of wasting my 20s I want to get out there and create memories that stay with me for my whole life!
I enjoy staying in good shape and being outside so looking for an opportunity which keeps me active. I'm looking forward to leaving my comfort zone (as I've not solo travelled before) and would love to experience living in a foreign country and learning more about different cultures. -

This summer I would like to learn to speak in either French, Portuguese or Spanish, as in the future when I travel I'd like to be able to speak with locals and other travellers in European, African, and South American countries that I visit. I'm really happy to learn any of them as my current understanding is very limited. -

More details about your skills
I have experience running my own gardening business so I'm no stranger to getting my hands dirty and doing physical work, as I would maintain gardens using tools in order to meet my clients' needs. I've also gained experience in punctuality, communication, and scheduling as I worked hard to manage many jobs effectively. This was a great chance for me to become more independent as I was solely responsible for my actions and didn't want to let my clients down. I also held down a weekly job during my secondary school education at a garden centre, where I mainly spent my time in customer service at the till processing sales, and helping with any questions or carrying items. Here I learnt how to be a team player as I worked along side other people as I became a valued member of the team.
Additionally, I have experience volunteering as a football referee for a children's football league where I managed games to ensure they were enjoyable and ran safely. In this role I gained experience in communicating with a younger age group as I took on a leadership role in being responsible for those around me.
When completing the Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award I went on a multi day hike around Wales, navigating the wilderness using maps and camping, which was a great experience for me in leaving my comfort zone and living in nature in an unfamiliar setting. This was one of my favourite trips and is part of my inspiration for getting out and seeing more of the world.
My ability to work hard is also reflected in my degree where I'm currently on track for a first class honours degree. In my last exam period in one of my modules I received the highest marks in my year group, which represents how along with my practical work experience I possess an ability to learn new skills and information and apply it. -

What else ...
With my family and friends I play board and card games quite often as I really enjoy bonding with other people over a game instead of simply watching TV or spending time on my phone. Some games which I've played alot of are Wizard, Bang, Catan, Ticket to ride, and Carcasonne, I'm not sure how common these are but they're great fun and I would be happy to bring one or two of them with me!
I'm very passionate about martial arts and I compete in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu at blue belt level in local and national competitions infront of large crowds, which although it is quite nerve wracking it's great fun competing alongside my teammates. I also often watch UFC with my friends most weekends and I weightlift at the gym multiple times a week.
I'm very sporty and enjoy playing and learning any sport even if I have no experience in them. I'm always keen to try new activities and learn skills, if it gets me off my phone I'm happy!
I also enjoy reading books, at the moment I've been getting into my classic literature. I'm currently reading Frankenstein by Mary Shelly and have just finished Fyodor Dostoevsky's Crime and Punishment. -
