  • Description

    Greetings!

I'm Sophie, an enthusiastic young woman that loves to grow by delving deep into oneself and by discovering the various ways of living upon this Earth. I have a passion for personal growth, creating profound relationships, and discovering different ways of life.

I appreciate the satisfaction that comes with hard work. I'm driven, reliable and prepared to have an adventure! When not travelling, I live in Montreal and am self-employed. I ran my own dog walking & pet sitting business for 3 years (2019-2021). I love cuddling a furry friend and reading.

I'm on a quest of perpetual personal growth. I seek to be the best version of myself to live the highest quality of life possible. I seek to nurture joy within me and spread it around like wildfire! I have completed Lifebook, a life-changing online course, which greatly helped me clarify what I want in life and who I need to become to get there! I've also completed various quests on Mindvalley, a personal transformation learning platform.
I'm a Certified Lifebook Leader, guiding students through a transformational lifestyle design system that empowers you to envision, plan, and achieve your very best life (on your own terms).

Core value: Freedom. Freedom to be where I want, when I want, with whom I want, doing what I want.

I enjoy connecting with animals. I've spent many of my days around horses. I took weekly riding lessons for many years, and participated in various summer riding camps. While I've ridden in both English and Western saddles, I'm most familiar with English. I've helped out at various stables both as a volunteer, as a Workawayer, and also in exchange for riding lessons. I acquired a Diploma in Equine Studies with the University of Guelph. The connection I feel with animals naturally guided me to become pescatarian (vegan meals are welcome).

I believe it is important to love and appreciate our planet Earth, and do our part to reduce our waste.
I enjoy camping and the magical feeling of playing guitar and singing by a campfire.
Yoga and meditation help me reconnect with myself. I value being in nature.
I'm seeking to develop new, profound connections and discover different ways of life with an open mind. Special, in-depth connections are what make life so great.
As a Workawayer, I seek novel and memorable experiences from which I can learn and feel fufilled.
