  • More details about your skills

In 2021 I gratuated high school and moved to another city to work in the elderly care sector. Besides that, I used a lot of my spare time on volunteering - both at an asylum center and in Danish Refugee Council's homework / teaching café in the city. I was also the frontperson in a local, political, youth organisation. At this time I developed very strong work ethics and I learned a lot about having many different roles and responsibilites. I learned about different life situations and about fates that I would've known very little of without this work. I learned a lot about myself as a respectful and caring helper, teacher, friend and leader. In my time living here, I also did some traveling - I visited New York and I visited Malta, I went to Kassel to see Documenta and I went on a road trip from Denmark to Germany, Austria and France. My latest travel was to Rwanda and Tanzania for 1,5 months. I have always loved to travel as I feel so much more brave, free and openminded here, but mostly because I'm so fascinated and interested in meeting new people, languages, philosophies, cultures and foreign nature. I'm eager to learn and experience!
A year ago I graduated an alternativ school after one year - where I worked as a helper for students with disabilities and at the same time I was a student myself. I've had classes with sailing, writing, yoga, agriculture, cooking, theater, philosophy and a lot of creative subjects such as ceramics, painting and sewing. At the school I learned a lot about myself, relations and what kind of life, that I want to live.
In spring and summer I travelled in Europe and used "workaway" quite a lot, which gave me the most precious encounters! I meet so many welcoming and inspirational people, whom I'm most grateful for, and I learned a lot working in the very different environments - I volunteered in a refugee camp in France, at a yoga center in Germany and at two different farms in Italy. This time proved to me that I'm very social and easy to get along with - and a quite learner!
Currently, I'm back in Denmark working as a waitress and receptionist in a turistic city, while I save up for my trip to Japan in spring, where I'll visit the friends I have there:)
