Ciao!! I’m Maria Sofia (Sofi), 30, from Genoa/Milan, Italy.
I’d describe myself as adventurous, curious, and positive, with a love for nature, people, and learning new things.
I discovered yoga at 14 at my aunt’s yoga center, and it’s been a guiding practice ever since.

I also love cooking and baking, sailing, traveling, and exploring new cultures. After high school, I spent five months in Dublin as an au pair, looking after four kids—including three-year-old twins—which taught me patience and creativity.

I studied law, worked in headhunting at W Executive, and at the same time completed a two-year academy in Feminine Ancient Knowledge and Reiki Level 2 certification. Soon, I’ll practice Kung Fu in China for three months, and then attend a yoga teacher training in Australia.

My days will be full from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., so I'll be available and happy to help with household tasks after the practice—and I'll be ready to face my fear of spiders and bugs along the way!

I love being active and adventurous—skiing, horse riding, golf (I played competitively!), apnea, and scuba diving (open water license). I enjoy creative activities like drawing, painting, and singing, and I’m a big fan of movies and Disney cartoons.

I’m a spiritual researcher and philosopher at heart, always curious about life, mindfulness, and personal growth. I also love playing cards and can teach Scopetta with traditional Neapolitan cards—a fun way to connect!
I enjoy board games, tarot reading, and exploring new cultures.

Traveling, meeting people, and learning new things is my favorite way to grow, and I bring positivity, curiosity, and energy to every household I stay with.
