More details about your skills
I hope to learn how to grow organic veggies in a sustainable way. I have a little knowledge in gardening such as trees. I can dig with a shovel. I also do compost regularly (with actual earthworms) and it contains only organic materials from what I eat, so no animals bodies. I can water plants and keep them alive, especially outside if the terrain is well drained. I can build and repair a few things, for example a simple furniture.
I am not a very skilled worker such as a mechanic or an electrician. I know basically what is a live wire, a neutral, ground or Earth. Regarding energy, I use a portable solar panel to light up when I read and sometimes to charge even a little my phone.
I do not own a car and I would not be able to help with that unless told exactly what to do. I will not play right away with tiny circuits (although I may have done so by breaking my toys as a child). I can maintain a bicycle.
I can paint walls. I maintain where I live currently by painting regularly with bamboo paint brushes (otherwise I would have little paws of my dogs in some places).
I know how to use a needle and thus sew. I could use this to repair clothes or a tent.
I know a little about cats, dogs and I saved a turtle once. Never had problems with them and veterinarians agree that they are healthy.
I am good with computers and technology. It is quite easy for me because I grew up with them. Not a developer or something like that but I sure can go beyond the "Did you try turning it off and on again?".
I can cook my own food, i.e in a modern home setting with pans, oven, stove and electrical appliances. I have never been experiencing with a little gas stove for camping purposes.
I speak quite well several languages and I can teach. I have been a teacher to secondary school students by tutoring those who had homework difficulties (grammar, French language and in different subjects such as philosophy, history and geography, etc.)Age
