How do I like to spend my time?
Travelling, being with friends, being active and outside, preparing and eating delicious food, gardening, reading, listening to podcasts, and ofcourse music and films.
I value a daily meditation and yoga practice and like to dance! I try my best to maintain a positive and grateful attitude towards life, and to be kind to others. I believe what we put out into the world, we get back.
I am a hard worker, small but strong, loyal and reliable - and eager to learn new skills.
I have enjoyed and valued all my past workaways - to learn from others and learn about their culture and personal stories, and to have an opportunity to offer something while in a new country.
I look forward to what adventures workaway brings me next. 🌞
Plenty Experience cooking, baking and cleaning (I worked as a house keeper in 2 hostels, and prepared food for yoga retreats, and in ashram kitchens)
I have knowledge and experience in computers, social media, gardening.
As well I am a certified yoga teacher, and certified holistic nutritionist. I would be happy to provide information about holistic health, or to lead yoga, breath work or functional movement classes!
I am eager to learn more about gardening, farming and building. Happy to help in any way I can!
I spent 6 months volunteering in an ashram, within the same organization that I did my yoga teacher training with. I really enjoyed this experience - the discipline of the schedule, learning new skills, and eating delicious healthy plant based food! 🌱I ended up living another year at the yoga center based in Toronto, where I was able to be in a spiritual community while working, studying and living my life in the city.
Wherever I find myself, I hope to help others, learn new skills and connect with Mama nature 🌲🍄
