Dear Workaway Community,

Simon and Maurice are writing to express our desire to embark on a meaningful journey that goes beyond typical tourist trips. We want to connect with the people and cultures of the places we visit on a deeper level. That's why we are excited to join the Workaway community, as it aligns perfectly with our goals.

We no longer find satisfaction in just sightseeing. We believe there is so much more to learn and experience from a place by immersing ourselves in the local communities. We want to form genuine connections and gain valuable insights into their lives, traditions, and values. This will not only broaden our worldview but also contribute to our personal growth.

We also see Workaway as an opportunity to improve ourselves and learn new skills. By actively participating in different projects, we can expand our horizons and develop our problem-solving abilities. Working alongside locals and fellow volunteers will expose us to diverse perspectives, allowing us to adapt and grow both personally and professionally.

Above all, we find great joy in helping others. The opportunity to make a positive impact, no matter how small, in the lives of those we meet is something that brings us immense fulfillment. Through volunteering, we hope to bring kindness, compassion, and support to the communities we visit.

We are both very fond of animals and thoroughly enjoy helping children with learning English and having a great time.
