Hello ! My name is Simon, I’m 22 years old, and I’m from the South of France, where I had the privilege of growing up in the countryside, surrounded by my family and nature. This experience taught me discipline, respect for work and others, and an appreciation for the environment around us. I grew up on a large property with animals, which brought me closer to nature and helped me develop a strong work ethic.

After spending three years in Lyon studying sports management, I earned my bachelor’s degree. Wanting to continue my studies with a Master’s, I decided to reassess my path after not finding an apprenticeship in January. I began working in Lyon to regroup and figure out a project that truly fits me. In the meantime, I decided to take the opportunity to travel and improve my English to become bilingual and overcome any language barriers. I want to use this time in a rewarding way, gaining experiences that will help me grow both personally and professionally.

I’m a sociable, respectful person who enjoys adapting to different environments. I’m also hardworking and motivated, always ready to take on challenges. I’m curious about discovering new cultures, sharing enjoyable moments, and contributing to interesting projects where I can not only bring my skills but also learn from others.

I’m excited about traveling for a meaningful experience and getting involved in projects with hosts who share values of respect, sharing, and doing great work.

Childcare and Teaching: I’m very comfortable working with children and have gained experience as a coach for rugby and tennis. I’ve spent full days working with kids, helping them develop their skills and guiding them in a fun and supportive way. I’m good at understanding children and adapting to their needs quickly.

Work Ethic and Practical Experience: I am a hardworking individual with diverse experience. I’ve worked several months in the restaurant industry, which taught me to handle a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service. I’ve also worked in melon fields, which taught me the value of manual labor and the importance of teamwork.

Commercial and Marketing Skills: For two years, I worked as a commercial and marketing manager for an online tennis/padel shop. This role involved managing the website, overseeing product sales, and handling marketing strategies. I also managed a physical store and sales points at ATP250 tennis tournaments, which gave me hands-on experience in customer relations and sales management.

Animal Care: Growing up on a farm with animals has made me very comfortable with animals. I have a genuine love for them and am experienced in caring for various types of animals, understanding their needs, and ensuring their well-being.
