Hi there.
We are Simon and Leïla.
We were born in Belgium from parents coming from different parts of the world. A little bit of that, the love of adventure and an open mind gave us the urge to travel.
We met 3 years ago and we have decided to travel together to New Zeeland as a gap year from work/studies as it has been our dream before we even knew each other. Simon is a baker and I am an emergency doctor and can't wait to have some time off the walls of the hospital!

We both have worked in hospitality in Belgium : Simon in a cafe as a waiter and a barista, at a bakery (actually making the bread not selling it) and I've worked in the kitchen of the hospital all of my studies.
We're both good with children as we take care of our nephews back home and enjoy them in general. I was an aupair in Australia when I was 18. I have medical skills as I am an emergency doctor.
Simon is very handy, he has lived in the country side where he helped his mom in the garden, helped his dad around the house with maintenance, renovations, painting,...
More importantly we are fast learners!
