I am a psychologist, therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and facilitator of KAP (Kundalini Activation Process).

Traveling and sharing my passion and devotion for yoga deeply inspire me. I have lived in different countries, and I am profoundly grateful for the lessons learned and the chance to connect with diverse cultures and incredible people along the way.

I am particularly interested in projects that allow me to create meaningful connections, open myself to community experiences, and share my knowledge. I enjoy teaching yoga at all levels, preparing and facilitating yoga and wellness retreats, and promoting holistic healing.

I also have a strong appreciation for artistic projects and hands-on construction work. One of my dreams is to build my own home—from designing the layout and selecting materials to adding the final touches in decoration. I find joy in colors and the endless possibilities for creative expression through art.

As a conscious vegetarian, I am committed to personal growth and staying open to transformative life experiences. I am also eager to improve my skills in promotion, social media, and video creation.

I am originally from Spain, so Spanish is my native language. I also speak English and always enjoy opportunities to continue learning and practicing through conversation and new experiences.
