Thanks to my qualifications, experience, jobs and degree I am naturally an open and gifted coach/teacher. Having worked in diverse countries and environments im very flexible and am always keen to learn new things and explore different ways of life.

I have coached a variety of sports, have worked with all age groups varying from young children through to grown adults, and find this incredibly rewarding. I am also a talented and enthusiastic chef.

With a strong social media presence (15,000+ followers) I am also familiar with content creation, networking and video editing.

I am always wanting to develop new skills, and tend to pick them up fast (with the exception of dancing 😅)
