Description

We are Sofi & Sebas. Last year we came to Europe together to fulfill one of our travelling dreams. Now we are planning to stay in the North of Spain for spring and summer. That's why we look for a workaway were we can start this new adventure.
We love to travel with this volunteer experiences in which we really get to know the places, share with its people, and submerge in the different cultures...
We are very independent and we like having time and space for us, as well as we enjoy sharing moments with others. We are always interested in learning new things, and we love experimenting different ways of living.
We enjoy nature and artistic expressions, specially music, as we play guitar, sing and write songs. We also like theatre, painting and cooking, as well as going for walks in nature and being in the sea. We both practice yoga and meditation. Currently we are learning tarot, and we are very open to learn about diverse ways of understanding ourselves and the world we live in.
Sofi loves dancing, playing theatre games, laughing and creating honest close bonds. She is very interested in natural body healing and caring, and she has been learning about medicinal plants lately.
Sebas likes to create moments of conection with oneself and others, in nature, through conversations, music, cooking and playing.

Somos Sofi y Sebas. El año pasado vinimos a Europa para cumplir uno de nuestros sueños de viaje. Ahora estamos planeando quedarnos en el norte de España durante la primavera y el verano de 2026. Por eso buscamos un Workaway donde empezar esta nueva aventura.
Amamos viajar con voluntariados en los que podemos conocer realmente los lugares, compartir con las personas que lo habitan y sumergirnos en diferentes culturas.
Somos muy independientes y nos gusta contar con tiempo y espacio para nosotros, asi como momentos para compartir con otros. Estamos siempre interesados en aprender cosas nuevas y experimentar distintas maneras de vivir.
Nos encanta la naturaleza y las expresiones artisticas, especialmente la musica, ya que ambos tocamos guitarra, cantamos y escribimos canciones. Tambien nos gusta el teatro, pintar y cocinar, asi como hacer caminatas en la naturaleza y estar en el mar. Ambos practicamos yoga y meditacion. Ahora estamos aprendiendo tarot, y somos muy abiertos a conocer distintas maneras de conocernos a nosotros mismos y al mundo en que vivimos.
Sofi ama bailar, hacer juegos de teatro, reirse, y crear vinculos honestos y cercanos. Esta muy interesada en el cuidado y la sanación natural del cuerpo (plantas medicinales, alimentación y movimiento consciente y ciclos vitales femeninos)
A Sebas le gusta generar momentos de conexión genuina con uno mismo y con otros, en la naturaleza, conversando, cocinando, y a través del juego y las artes.

We enjoy cooking and gardening, and we've both done volunteer experience in these activities as well as receiving guests.
We've also volunteered in bio-construction proyects and renovating a house.
We enjoy very much taking care and playing with kids and babies, and both of us have working experiences on it, as well ass taking care of elder people.
Sebas is graduated in Psychology and especialized in Artherapy for kids and teenagers.
Sofi is Music Therapist and creator of workshops for children and adults.
We play guitar and sing, and we can teach about how to learn an instrument.

Nos gusta la cocina y la jardinería y tenemos experiencia como voluntarios en estas actividades. Tambien hemos voluntariado en proyectos de bioconstruccion y renovacion de casas, asi como recibiendo huespedes en surfhostels.
Disfrutamos de jugar y cuidar a bebes y niños, y tenemos experiencia en ello, asi como en acompañamiento de personas mayores.
Sebas es Licenciado en Psicología especializado en Arteterapia para niños y jovenes.
Sofi es Musicoterapeuta y creadora de talleres para niños y adultos.
Tocamos la guitarra y cantamos, y podemos enseniar a tocar un instrumento.
