DO YOU NEED HELP PLANNING AND BUILDING OFF-GRID SUSTAINABLE ENERGY? Kalle has background IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND HE IS INTEREST IN BATTERY TECHNOLOGY / SOLAR POWER.
We are a couple living and travelling together. Being in service to others in balanced way (giving and receiving) is our wish for the year. We want to combine travelling and working in order to meet new like minded people, develop our understanding on sustainable living and have some fun while doing so! We prefer tranquil and peaceful nature environment.
Sari: I am an entrepreneur with 11 years expertise of hosting outdoor and nature protection area in Finnish archipelago and lately also as an owner of small nature retreat center (7 rooms) next to that outdoor area. I am experienced in running hospitality business. I am also an artist (painting) and biography advisor to mention some areas outside of the hospitality branch.
I am interested in combining the spiritual and physical aspect of sustainable community life and at the moment I am in a process of writing a "self-help book" about that. I have lived in globally operating Camphill community (anthroposophic) as a co-worker 15 years ago. That was important gateway for me to change career from international consultancy business to nature tourism entrepreneur.
At this point of my life a have time and motivation to travel and deepen my understanding about sustainable living through work and play :-) . I find that being in service to others is also the best way to help my own individuation process.
My partner Kalle is a multi-skilled genius :-) with engineering background IN ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING AND INTEREST IN BATTERY TECHNOLOGY / SOLAR POWER. He is experienced in renovation work. He particularly likes logging wood. He started his working life at the family farm at the age of 15 in Finland. He has also truck driving licence.
