We’re Sara and Alex from Italy, a couple of travelers in van, chasing nature, freedom, and genuine human connections. 🚐💚
We chose this lifestyle to rediscover simplicity, learn from others, and share real experiences made of collaboration, respect, and the little gestures of everyday life. 🌿
👨🔧 Alex has worked for years in the machinery and packaging industry — he’s a true handyman with great mechanical and manual skills.
He’s experienced in maintenance, wood construction, small repairs, and building projects. He can use any kind of tool and approaches every task with enthusiasm and precision.
He is willing to bring and use his own work equipment if you don’t have any.
If needed, he can even use technical drawing and CAD 3D design to help plan your projects!
He’s patient, reliable, and always ready to find practical solutions.
Alex also loves working on campervans to repair or improve them and he has electrical skills too.
👩🦰 Sara has a background in healthcare, loves taking care of people, and is an excellent cook (real italian pasta, pizza, focaccia, delicious cakes, bolognese ragù, etc).
She enjoys cleaning, organizing, general support, gardening, and helping with children and the elderly — always bringing calmness, kindness, and a smile.
She’s also passionate about videomaking and video editing (non-professional level).
Sara can be Alex's assistant if the job requires it.
🌻 Over the past few years, we’ve done several Workaway and housesitting experiences, helping with DIY, maintenance, gardening, cooking, and caring for homes and animals.
We’re also eager to learn new things beyond our current skills.
We love contributing in a meaningful way and leaving a warm memory behind in the places and people we meet.
We’re simple, genuine people who love good company, outdoor life, and shared moments.
In our free time we enjoy trekking, mountain biking, yoga and hiking — being in touch with nature is a vital part of who we are. 🌄
