Hi!
My name is Sarah Plath and I am 29 years old. I am currently attending a masters program at University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, Italy. However, I have been working on small, organic farms for the past 5 years in the United States and I really miss having my hands in the soil! I start my summer break from University soon and am hoping to find some farm work around Italy (or potentially elsewhere in Europe!). I really specifically would like to learn more about tree fruit farming with a emphasis on stone fruit because my dream is to one day have a peach farm of my own!
I am a very hard worker with a lot of farm experience and I am super eager to learn more about organic and sustainable practices around the world! My hobbies other than farming include hiking, yoga, reading, and cooking.
