Hello! We are Kika and Santi, 21 and 23 years old each. Kika Is bulgarian and I am uruguayan raised in Spain. We are looking forward on spending part of our summer volunteering and learning about the world while helping someone achieve their goals.

Kika is now studying fine arts, painting, in the National Academy of Arts of Bulgaria, Sofia, but has an interest in the sphere of science- botanics and physics. She loves crafting, creating things by hand and making them work out of nothing. Kika is keen on spending time outdoors, practicing sports like fencing and rock climbing as well as exploring the local cultures and the functioning of the ecosystems.

I am starting my biology degree this September in Spain. I have great interest in understanding nature and people, and myself through them. When I am able to be near the sea one of my favorite hobbies is free-diving, I also love mountain backpacking, hitchhiking, travelling by bike and riding motorcycles. Between 2022 and 2023 I embarked on an 8 month trip through Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay and Uruguay, where I traversed a total of 15000 km by land, from witch 9000 I hitchhiked. This trip and others gave me the opportunity of proving myself in very different situations as well as learning about different skills.

We are both very social. We love taking care of animals and sharing time with people from different parts of the world. We are very adaptive and have a great communication between each other.

Kika has experience in the artistic field, painting sculpturing and crafting in various materials. She also gives classes of sport fencing and painting to groups of children and has great knowledge about botanics and botanical illustration.

I have extensive experience in customer service and hostelry related jobs from working as a waiter and bartender and as a peddler selling my own postcards. I have also worked taking care of houses and a hostel, doing tasks such as painting, cleaning and daily repair and maintenance. I have some experience taking care of orchards and animals such as chickens and pigs.
