Hi I'm Sam! A 24-year-old music, travel and nature enthusiast from Bristol in South England. A digital communications specialist by trade, but decided to switch things up for 2023 and travel Europe living the workaway life!
I love music, especially hip-hop, soul and, more recently, country. I also create my own, and have been writing and rapping for around 7 years now. Love a good freestyle too, as it's a great way let go and lose myself in the moment, which I think is why it makes me so happy.
I love to keep fit. Lifting weights, running, chucking logs over my head...depends where I am and what's available to me! Keeps me prepared for any projects with heavy lifting or physical labour, which I really enjoy a lot.
I also LOVE the great outdoors, as I grew up in the countryside. Mountains, oceans, forests..love it all! It makes me feel very calm and present :)

First off, I'm 6"6, 95kg, and I love getting stuck into physical labour, especially out in nature. So if you're looking for a strong pair of hands for renovations, gardening, general DIY, or anything physically tasking, I'm your man!
My real area of expertise lies is in communications and story-telling. I have a BSc in marketing management, and by trade I'm a freelance communications specialist offering marketing, writing & copy editing, consulting, and voiceover services. I also provide online English conversational tutoring to students from all over the world, which is fulfilling and fantastic!
My passion really lies in story-telling, especially where it meets with music. I write and record my own music (mostly hiphop), and i'm quite a skilled freestyle rapper. It's one of my favourite things to do in the world, and I want to share it with others! It can be such a powerful tool for mindfulness and learning to lose ourselves in the moment. I recently had the chance to co-facilitate a small workshop on percussion and freestyle, which was an amazing experience and I'm looking to get another such opportunity!
I also quite well travelled for my age and have spent time living in cities across Europe, which has helped me learn how to adapt to other cultures and develop strong communication and coaching skills with non-native speakers :)
