Hi, I'm Orane, I am 30 years old, and I'am a french girl who lives in a peacefull town in Ardèche.
After many years as a contemporary dancer I decided to take a break with this life to discover Norway through workaway.

Hello, I'm Charles , I'm 29 years old, I come from french Alps where I run, hike and ski. I traveled a lot and I'm used to take care of animals through Workaway and petsitting ! I've a master's degree and learned carpentry for a year.

Thank to the workaway we would like to take part of the ecological challenge, to learn alternative agriculture, to take care of our nature and meet people with the same values.
We are really open minded, curious and ready to learn new things !

During my previous experiences I worked in milk farm on an island in the North of Norway during 2 months.
I have been involved in:
- Milking cows
- Giving birth
- Cleaning the stables
- Feeding cows and calves

Then I was in a Garden/art gallery for:
- Renovating buildings
- Gardening
- Making ciment to fix and to build structures
- Weeding

I worked in a restaurant and a guesthouse close to the Lofoten. In this place I was involded in:
- Cleaning rooms
- Washing dishes
But I worked also as a waitress and a bartender

And finally I stayed in a mixed farm to assist in:
- Sheep caring
- Picking berries
- Feeding horses and hens

Orane & Charles were with us just over 2 weeks and were fantastic. They worked really hard and got loads of great jobs done really well. They were also very easy-going and so appreciative. Again, they left the cabin spotlessly clean after they left. We are very grateful for all their hard work and lovely conversations.

Orane and Charles were here during lambing which is a busy time on our farm. They are very capable people with lots of initiative and work hard. They took all the jobs given to them in their stride, even a challenging wood working project. Also they are very good company. I would recomend them to any other host without hesitation.

We stayed more than 3 weeks at Patrick and Heidi's farm and our experience was truly amazing.
