Hi, I'm Rio, I was born in western France but I'm dual nationality French-English; I have just graduated from University with a degree in politics. I'm looking to travel round and explore the world, meet new friends, discover opportunities and offer my skills for while before I begin pursuing a career in climate activism and investigative journalism.

My past experiences include :
-partially training to become a volunteer fireman for 3 years, which has taught me invaluable responsibility and communication within a core team.
-Volunteering at music festivals with first aiders, and also at an eco festival nearer to home.
-Working in bars and coffee shops as well as within an eco shepherd hut camping company in the Lake District, UK, cleaning the huts and also greeting the guests.
-Being involved with language classes and teaching English or French .

I'm sporty and enjoy running, hiking and camping ; I've lived a lot by the sea and in the countryside so I love the outdoors and i'm not fussy about comfort nor hard work.
In my free time I like to play make music, (which I have also taught from time to time to some local primary children) as well as socialising with friends, reading and exploring political topics.
Having 3 younger sisters as well as having years of experience hosting children wanting to learn English with my family since a young age, I'm good around children
I also enjoy reading poetry and peaceful political activism, I took part in the climate strikes 3 years ago in France.
Having just graduation with a politics degree, I have a keen interest in environmental projects, NGO volunteering and humanitarian causes.
