Hi!

I’m Rhiannon and I’m from Wales, I studied French and Spanish at University and have been teaching both languages for the past 3 years. I left my job this year in order to explore other things and I thought why not take the time to travel, meet new people and have some fun so I am excited for what is to come. I absolutely love cooking, art, travel, music, interior design, learning new languages and meeting new people.
My favourite things to do are to discover and try local cuisine, go to music festivals, paint, go walking and explore new places.

I am looking for completely new experiences and to learn new skills. I am not afraid to get hands on and have a go! I recently renovated a house and would love to get involved in practical and creative projects such as renovation/ DIY projects.

I am a qualified teacher of modern foreign languages and English as a foreign language therefore I have experience working with both children and adults.
I love to cook and am often the designated cook with my group of friends for dinner parties! I would love to learn some traditional recipes!
I recently renovated a house where I did majority of the handiwork myself; tiling, painting, grouting, decorating (I am no expert but am very practical and keen to learn!)

At the moment I’m travelling in Peru but would love to travel more in the near future in Europe and the UK. I want to continue to throw myself into new things and learn some new skills along the way.

Rhiannon joined us when I reached out to her friend Hannah as the workayers expected in January cancelled last minute due to the new Schengen Zone rule.
They had gone home for Christmas and New Year but flew out the first week.

End of October we had a really very nice team of 4 Workawayers here who helped with different jobs. And Rhiannon was one of them.
