Description

I left my 9-to-5 job last year with the intention of traveling for six months, but the journey has been so enriching that I’ve decided to extend it for over a year. Professionally, I have over four years of experience in the Human Resources industry, and I’m now working on building my own venture aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses. My current focus is on exploring new places, immersing myself in nature, and growing a business that complements and sustains my love for travel.

I enjoy connecting with kind and loving people, and I thrive in environments where I can learn from others. Hiking and exploring the outdoors are some of my favorite activities, and I’m always excited to visit places I’ve never been. I’m a naturally curious person, eager to learn new skills that can be useful in everyday life.

I grew up in Kanjirapally, a small town in the mountains of Kerala, India, often referred to as the "Gateway to the Mountains." Surrounded by nature, I spent my childhood helping on our family’s farm, cultivating crops like rubber, areca nut, and tapioca. While I wasn’t an expert, I loved assisting my mom in her vegetable garden. This upbringing taught me the value of hard work and adaptability.

After pursuing a career in HR and moving to Canada for further studies, I lived in Toronto for 3 years. I haven't had the chance to explore much of Canada yet, but I’m eager to discover its hidden gems and immerse myself in its breathtaking nature.

I’m an active person who enjoys running and being outdoors. While I haven’t done anything too extreme, I’ve gone scuba diving once and am interested in trying more adventurous activities.

Though I may not be a pro at any one activity, I find joy in anything that brings me closer to nature. I’m outgoing, adaptable, and always ready to lend a helping hand, whether it’s working on a farm, learning new tasks, or simply sharing great conversations with new friends.

I may not be an expert in any one area, but my life experiences have shaped me into someone resourceful and willing to learn. From a young age, I’ve worked with the soil, helping to plough, plant trees, and grow vegetables. I also cared for our hens and pets, which instilled in me a strong sense of responsibility and dedication.

I’ve always been curious about how things work, which led me to observe and learn from professionals like electricians and plumbers. Over the years, I’ve managed to fix various issues at home, such as repairing electric fans, fixing pipes, resolving leaks, and even attempting to repair the motor pump for our well (though sometimes we had to call in the professionals). Each time I encountered a challenge, I learned from the process, so the next time, I could handle it on my own.

I have experience caring for others as well. I was a great help to my grandparents when they were unwell and provided assistance to my aunt by looking after my cousin from a young age. These experiences have taught me patience and compassion.

During my corporate career, I’ve developed strong managerial and leadership skills, enabling me to handle tasks under pressure and complete them efficiently. I’m adaptable, hands-on, and always eager to lend a helping hand, no matter the task.

I'm not too into indoor games, but I do enjoy spending time with friends playing UNO at night. Mostly, I prefer being active outdoors—whether it's running, hiking, kayaking, or cycling. I love being outside and staying active rather than sitting at home.
