Hello, my name is Rachel.
I'm a 22 year old student from the UK, I have just graduated from a Masters degree in Geochemistry. I love languages, speaking English natively as well as fluent Spanish and intermediate Russian. I will be graduating at the end of September 2025 and am looking to share my English culture and learn more of other cultures.

I am naturally very happy to help teach my own language (English) as well as others I speak such as Spanish and Russian.
I am a very active person, I have been on many fieldtrips as a part of my university degree and love to get outdoors and go to new places!
I love music and play the cello to a professional level. In addition I like art and have recently taught myself how to bind books from scratch.

I have a love of cooking and baking and love to make use of this when I can! I have a passion for music having played the cello for over 12 years and being a part of multiple orchestras. I also love sports including badminton, tennis and ice skating which I have participated in at university. I have just finished a masters degree in Geochemistry and would like to take some time to live in a new environment and have new cultural experiences before hopefully starting my PhD next year.
I have had previous experience being an aupair during the summer of 2024, where I worked for a family of 2 young girls in Mardid, a young boy in Barcelona and a young girl in Rouen, all over the course of 4 months. I had such a lovely and welcoming experience, learning more about Spanish and French culture as well as language which I would love to experience again and meet even more new people which I can also hopefully keep in contact with.
