Description
Hi to you all of you from abroad !
My name is Quentin and I'm thrilled to set foot for the first time in Africa and agitated to discover the Moroccan culture. I can't wait to meet new people and to help those in need.
I wish to meet the locals, learn about their languages (Darija, traditionnal arabic or Berberic languages), the history, the food, their values, the way they take care of their land ... Basically the way people live traditionnaly.
I've had amazing experiences since I've started traveling and volunteering at the same time (since 2019) in New Zealand, Central America (Mexico, Guatemala and Costa Rica), Switzerland, Thailand and India.Every one of them where unique and it allowed me to learn so many things like new languages, working skills or even fun facts from abroad). I've created friendship all around the world thanks to the volunteering/traveling combinatinon.
They were mostly farming volunteering jobs or hostel management/promotion jobs. These experiences have enriched my life and my general knowledges.
I would not travel any differently. It's a rewarding experience that everyone should live at least once.
I would love help with any tasks that need to be achieved. As I've worked in a lots of different domains and that my volunteering experiences taught me new skills along the years, I'm able to help in different domains such as farming, gardening, building, animal sitting, child care, cooking, serving, customer reception... And I'de be of course glad to learn new skills or improve some of them through new experiences.
While waiting for us to meet, exchange, learn from each others, play and discover.

Polyvalent guy:
Iv'e done different kinds of farming jobs (paid or as a volunteer) these last years of traveling so I can take care of any landscaping or general farm maintenance tasks.
I also used to be a lifeguard and a youth instructor for kids during summer camps from 2011 till 2016 so having children under my responsability doesn't scare me at all as I like spending times with them .
I've been working as a rope access technician since 2018 (building maintenance on ropes) while off traveling so any construction tasks would suit me.
I also have experiences in hostel managing/promoting events for hostels abroads, or even hospitality jobs such as bartending or house keeping so I don't mind any hostel chores required.
I can say that I'm a pretty fit person that like to do a bit of everything and to work in different fields. I'm happy to learn new skills and happy to put mine at work if necessary.Age

What else ...
Ecletic guy, I'm more of an outdoor person (live in my van, love wild camping...).
I'm trying to develop my climbing skills at the moment but I love any outdoors activities from the land to the see (even if I'm always more attracted by land or moutain activities).
Bit of an arty soul (from drawing to carving)
Huge music listener, love playing with drums (would love to learn Darbuka during this trip in Morocco)
Massive foodie. This is where the culture starts, while sharing a meal together. This also can get you to be creative while entertwining ideas from different areas. Some more information
