We would love to spend time with and help, an individual, a family or community in a vaste range of activities. We are open and willing!

  • Description

We love meeting new people, learning from, listening to and talking with them. We love nature, traveling, working, animals, good food…
We are responsible people and can work independent. We "see" work!
My wife is Mexican, a genius in cooking and is able to cook for groups. I always say: "Our Father knew that my love goes through my belly" :-) You give her what can be found in the kitchen and she will in no time create an amazing menu. She is very inventive with the ingredients you will give her.
So... If someone in your family wants to take a break from cooking... try my lovely wife. You won't be disappointed!
I have had my own business for about 25 years in the construction and marketing of an antique type of a non-electrical coffee maker. That required that I am hands on, without however being a specialiste in a specific domain. But I am inventive and can solve many problems.
At home we have a garden of about 300 m² with lots of grass , a few trees and 3 chickens.
From april 2011 to september 2013 we stayed in Mexico where we helped, among others, a residing Englishman maintaining his huge biological garden.
So the kind of life that is typical for hosts who look for workawayers is not strange to us.
My educational background is that of a engineer in construction.
We are married for 31 years since June 2023.
We have 4 children in total, 2 boys and 2 girls. Only the last girl (2006) now 17, is still at home. We love our family. And surely hope we can love you too, as well as your family or community.
From 2010 on we started homeschooling our children.
Don't forget to check out our family pictures and the video in the photo section!
We spent September 2023 traveling in Bulgaria where my 2 boys have their online business registered. Matter of taxes... ;-) And as their business is happening really online they are traveling all the time.

  • What else ...

On this trip my 17 year young, homeschooled, daughter will accompany us.
She loves caring for animals and children. She likes painting, drawing, cooking, has been playing transversal flute, piano and a is learning to play guitar, is very sportive (swimming, running, judo ...), knows how to use a machine for sewing. She is fully capable to do all kind of tasks.
She is an amazingly responsible girl and a very efficient worker.
I’m pretty sure that she will be a blessing.
Eventually to be discussed in further detail if you want her in the workaway or not.

I am coming by car (FORD Transit - seats 5 1), it's not a campervan.
We are bringing a small caravan with heating, so if needed, my daughter can sleep in it.
We also bring bycicles (2 electric and 1 mountainbike). Thus we can move independently.
