Hi there :)

We are Yousef and Orchida, a couple from Egypt. Yousef is a Doctor/Artist and Orchida is a Designer/Yoga instructor. We are both eager to explore the world with its rich experiences, getting to know its people, discovering different cultures and discovering ourselves along the way. We admire art and creation, always embarking on different creative projects, be it painting, photography, murals or design. We have always been enthusiasts for traveling, collectively we have been to 40+ countries, always on adventures experiencing countries as locals. We love the outdoors, always yearning for a simple life along the rhythm of nature. We always love cooking a good meal, working with our hands, contributing to a team and helping others. We both speak English, Spanish and Arabic fluently.

Yousef works as a doctor, and now as a part time tour guide at a walking food tours company, he likes to interact with people , discover their stories and cultures. He is also into anthropology, philosophy and history. He did different volunteering experiences before, as an English teacher in Vietnam for 6 weeks and Workaways in different farming projects and sustainable living in Sicily for 3 weeks. He also did medical rotations in hospitals in Austria, Brazil and Morocco. He likes photography as well as watercolor/acrylic painting. A few years back he used to conduct painting workshops.

As a multidisciplinary designer, Orchida is always excited to hop onto any creative project before even knowing what the brief is. After receiving her Yoga Teacher Training from Bali, she embarked on a journey of teaching yoga, meditation and breathwork in different countries. Moreover, she loves to organize community events, turning strangers into friends over food and fun activities. She loves to document her travels, experiences and all the beautiful spaces she visits through content creation. Her most recent Workaway was with Sarinbuana Eco Lodge in Bali, she created content for the space with one of the videos reaching 140K views on Tiktok. She also worked at Hazel Farm in Egypt doing a variety of activities ranging from farming, planting, giving informative tours to adults and kids, as well as yoga classes for different companies and school retreats.

- Recreational artist: would love to paint a mural (or two!)
- Budding yogi: I can definitely lead a basic Vinyasa flow.
- Anything social media: from designing ads to making cool reels and making your Instagram pretty!
- Most importantly, proactivity and willingness to learn: If I don't understand something, I will be vocal about it. However, rest assured knowing that I am always eager to learn and help out. :)
- Working in a team: I am very used to working in big and small teams and I love collaborating, helping out, and learning from everyone around me.
