Hi folks!
We are two curious minds, who also share same aspirations for cherishing, working for and sharing such values as ecology, justice, learning & sharing as well as interconnectivity. We have met almost 10 years ago in an alternative pedagogy college in Western Denmark, where throughout 3 years long program we were actively practicing consensus-based decision making, community living, "learn by doing" approach, sustainable lifestyle and how to implement these aspects into teaching.
After the graduation we have been doing plenty of diverse things, including traveling, investigations of community living in Europe, briefly getting to know various practices in ecology field (permaculture, natural building, regenerative agriculture), working as social workers, and etc.
We have just come back to Italy with an intention to settle here and one day establish a little educational venue for ecology, where people could share and learn different practices connected to it. However, we are also in a process of looking for a land in a neighborhood of likeminded people, who are already doing something similar and would be willing to connect. Therefore, we are with open minds and open hands to diverse initiatives, which would allow us to contribute with already existing skills and knowledge, and in the meantime gain new ones. Both of us share same interest in gardening, we have basic knowledge about it as well as big eagerness to learn more and we are not afraid of hard work.
We also have some experience in natural building.
Simona has attended a PDC course in 2023, Portugal, where she gained basic knowledge of permaculture. Ermes did his in 2024, Italy.
Ermes is an Italian language teacher online.
Both of us love other animals and taking care of them.
We have skills in team-work, adaptation to changing circumstances, teaching different age groups.

In general, we are very curious, open to new experiences, meeting new people, learning new things (and we do it fast!), we love NATURE, music, good books, dancing, juggling, knitting, drawing, writing poems, having documentary nights, team sports, yoga, meditation, looOng walks, babysitting, other animals. CONNECTING!
