We're looking to gain some culturele experience and explore nature along the way. We're also interested in surfing and diving.
My name is Nina.
I'm a singer / musician originally from Haarlem a city next to Amsterdam, The Netherlands but now living on the west coast of Ireland.
I love to create in general not only music so I guess the word artist suits me better. I also have a jewellery line (I make handmade, single pieces from upcycled beads. Working mostly with gemstones, pearls, ceramic and glass).
I love to explore, in the broadest sense of the word. Over the last few years Ive come to the realization that im a traveler at heart . Ive done a few big expeditions traveling around Spain, Portugal and Ireland in my tiny Peugeot Expert (called Jenny Margaux) and loved it! For the last year i've been living on the west coast of Ireland in a small cottage close to the ocean.
Art, in any form, inspires me. Good teamwork makes me happy as well as meaningful conversation and nature. I enjoy reading, drawing, yoga and I love to dance. Im always writing songs and music and ive recently taken to horseriding and surfing! Always up for dinners, campfires and game nights.
I'm a very curious person and people and cultures fascinate me. I love food and cooking which i learnt from my father who is half Indian and half British.
Also i must admit i have a weakness for anything that's well made, good quality or beautifully designed like furniture, clothes, fabrics, shoes, paper, ceramics etc. which I inherited from my mother (half Hungarian half Dutch) as well as my love for thrift stores.
I value openness, positivity, people who think for themselves, honesty, vulnerability, being respectful towards nature, not wasting food, empathy and appreciating the little things in life.
Although I have lived in a city for most of my life I can be basic (I've lived out of my van for months on end), live simply and i work hard.

My name is Cía, I am 26 years old and I am an environmentalist by trade. I am from Ireland and grew up splitting my time between living in Dublin City for education and rurally on the weekends and school breaks. I have grown up in an environment where everyone mucks in where is needed which means anything from cooking the dinner, and other household needs, to out in the vegetable garden, chopping wood, tending to the animals (hens, sheep, donkeys), or up on the roof cleaning the gutters or whatever else is needed! My current work is tree planting which is highly physical work where working efficiently is a must.
I currently live with Nina in a small cottage in the west coast of Ireland by the ocean. I have lived abroad for many years and I frequently push myself out of my comfort zone.
My true passion for life comes from my curiosity to the natural world. I am happiest when I am outside in it, be that in the form of work, leisure or adventure. This is what has lead me to really everything I do from my work, hobbies and travel. What comes hand in hand with my passion for nature is my deep curiosity to the people and cultures that interact with it and how different environments and climates breed different ways us as humans relate and live with and along side nature. I wish to learn about these nuances in the places that I live and travel in. I believe that there is a give and take when traveling to new locations and through working on the land I feel this can be honoured.
My hobbies include; foraging, studying and observing nature, body boarding, free diving, long distance cycling, dancing, sailing, hiking, writing, painting, knitting, learning Spanish.
Much like Nina, I value openness, kindness, positivity, reciprocity. Not over consuming and living simply.

More details about your skills
I spent 5 years in the conservatoire in Holland and have a degree in music so i can teach singing/ basics of piano playing.
I was brought up bilingually as my father is half English/half Indian and my mother half Dutch/half Hungarian so i speak both fluent English and Dutch.
I can write / translate. I always find myself helping people out with website texts, bio's, and application letters.. I enjoy writing so a while ago I started writing a children's book but i haven't finished that project yet...:)
I have ten years experience with baby-sitting. All ages really from 3month olds up to 10 yr olds.
I make jewellery. I started making it for myself and now I have a small online run jewellery line. I work mostly with re-used or antique beads made from glass, semi-precious stones and pearls.
I was trained as a florist in a boutique near Amsterdam for four years where i learnt the fine skill of bouquet making and flower art. I love working with my hands and gardening and know a bit about flowers and plants.
My dad was a chef and taught me how to cook. I love Indian food but i enjoy cooking in general so i mix cuisines to fit my mood.
I can style & design spaces and window displays.
I can be very hands on and business minded if it's something that i believe in. I know how to do production for video clips, i know how to tour manage and do stage logistics as well as booking and managing bands as i've done that for my own band for 15 years.
I can help out a lot with animals and in the garden. I can also help out in and around the house and do odd jobs, whatever it is that needs doing!Age
