  • Description

Hi. I'm an active person with lots of life experience who enjoys traveling and mixing with people. I like to see more of a country than just the "tourist" spots and experience different cultures. I have two married daughters, one is a dairy farmer and the other is a sheep, beef and deer farmer. I have two lovely granddaughters, one is 10 and the other is 13 and a very active grandson who is 6. I live in a wee house in Central Otago in New Zealand. I have a lovely wee Maltese's dog, Dottie, who is 6yrs old and will stay with a friend while I'm away. I enjoy fishing and hunting (deer, pigs, goats and rabbits). I have a very productive vegetable garden and have developed the flower garden round my new home. I tutor people who work on dairy, sheep, beef and deer farm to get their National Certificates. I do a range of hand crafts and am learning to paint. I have worked at the local restaurant serving food and can pull a pint for thirsty patrons.
I have painted my home inside and out, built wood sheds, split my own firewood. I can drive tractors, combines and can install fences.
I have been working in the agricultural industry all my life and can milk cows, shear sheep, process animals for food.
I currently have my own house cleaning business so am not afraid of a bit of hard work.
I enjoy working with children as they are so energetic and ask lots of questions.

I can fence, use power tools, shear sheep, cull, gut and skin animals, plant trees, care for animals and teach basic English and Math's. I enjoy hunting and fishing and I have a very good vegetable garden. I can propagate plants as well. I am a agricultural tutor and dairy consultant by trade. I can cook (haven't poisoned anyone yet 😊) and can turn my hand to most thing. I am hard working and happy to learn. I can knit and enjoy working/looking after children. I have two granddaughters, 6 and 3. I have done bar work as well. I have a Diploma in Horticulture and used to grow indoor plants, vegetable and flower seedlings. I maybe a bit older than most Workways but I have heaps of life experience and skills.
