I am Nery, a Mexican boy exploring the world. I am a chef by profession; I have devoted myself to that for the last 10 years. My purpose of travel is to explore all the cultures and gastronomies of the world, to learn and contribute. I am fascinated by the world of cooking: aromas, textures, sensations and emotions when trying, smelling or eating something new. I am a very dynamic, orderly, clean boy and always with an attitude to contribute and help others.
