Description
Nathan is from Aruba and as a kid he used to always dive deep into the arid forest and he used to sail and swim around the beautiful island. From a young age he was very connected with nature which is why he volunteered at a lot of rescue centers in different parts of the world and why he studied Forest and Nature Conservation. Dana was also always in nature as a kid and when she finished high school she went on to become a dive instructor on Crete for two seasons. Afterwards she stayed fascinated by the underwater world so she studied Marine Biology where she had an internship on Aruba, doing coral restoration and a thesis on Crete researching Lionfish. We recently finished our studies and want to travel the world to contribute and learn how to help preserve what beautiful nature we still have left.

We both pursued nature studies; while Dana completed a Master's in Marine Biology, I obtained a Bachelor's in Forest and Nature Conservation. We are both very social and fluent in English and Dutch. Additionally, Dana can speak some German, I speak a bit of Spanish, and I am fluent in Papiamento. We are hardworking and quick learners. I hold a machete certificate from my work in Costa Rica, which could be useful for gardening. Dana is a certified Dive Master (with the knowledge of an instructor), and I have an Open Water certificate. We both love to cook, and Dana is great with children. We hope to be of help!
