Hello! I am a 57 years old and have been a nomad for the past 4.5 years, semi-retired. I dearly love experiencing new cultures, meeting people, speaking languages and soaking in beauty in nature and architecture.
I speak French well, am learning Russian (beginner) and speak a tiny bit of Italian and Spanish. I had organic/permaculture gardens in Idaho on 20 acres where I lived, and cats and a Great Pyrenees. I sold my house and belongings and began travelling in 2019.
I love animals and children and have created and taught small groups after school in gardening, cooking and French. I am also learning/playing several instruments: mandolin, piano, cello. And I love dancing. I can help with children, English (I have an ESL degree), gardening, animals, small farm chores, etc.
I am new to workaway but I can get you personal recommendations and I have many reviews on Airbnb. Some of my hosts and I have become great friends!

I have an MA in English Linguistics and taught and tutored ESL for several years at the college level. I created and taught my own after school programs for small groups of children in French, organic gardeing and cooking. I can tutor English at any level or French at beginning level.
I love natural gardening, especially food forests/permaculture, etc. I have been gardeing for many years and I experimented on my land for a few years with hugulkulture, food forest, etc. I like animals of all kinds. I have had chickens, dogs and cats as an adult and a horse when I was a child.
I have remodelled several houses, but I did not do much of the work myself. I can do some of this kind of work if shown how.
I have had many years expereince with natural healing methods and different types of awareness practices and meditation.

I play a few instruments at beginning or intermediate level. I really like music! I travel with a mandolin that I am learning. I like playing cards and board games at times. I'm very interested in alternative energy and electroculture.
