Hi!
I'm Myriam, a French girl that has discovered travelling in her mid 20’s.
I define myself as a feminist and I am very careful with the environment, a true believer in social justice and just transition. I am a consultant in sustainability with a focus on business and human rights. In my free time, I’m volunteering for an NGO working with migrants. I am also a yogi and a foodie. I tend to eat vegetarian meals. People say I'm nice and friendly (and I hope it's true !). Eventually, I loooove photography! And hiking!
I have lived 6 months in Australia and 12 months in Chile. Once there, I travelled throughout both countries and a little bit in South America (Peru, Bolivia, Argentina, Brasil)
As a result, I'm completely fluent in English, Spanish (and French, obviously). I also speak decent Italian! Thanks to Workaway, I had the chance to be an au-pair for a month in Milan in a family of 3 kids in 2019 - reference available upon request :).
Even though I have not been very active on Workaway since then, I have been travelling off the beaten tracks by swapping my Parisian flat with many girls from all around the world, thanks to a Facebook group called Host a Sister.
To me, Workaway is the best way to share life experiences, learn from new people and continue to discover myself.
I have done a lot of jobs as a student: babysitting, street marketing, organizing events, giving private lessons, etc... I love children and would be very keen to live in a family for a few weeks! I can teach Maths, French, Spanish and English but also help with house duties. Anyways, I'm always dedicated to the tasks I am assigned to. I'm a multitasker, always looking for a solution!
