Description

After spending the last five years in the city of Rotterdam, it is finally the time for me to take a break from the city life. I I am looking forward to work with animals, to use my creativity, or simply do some construction or garden work. I am a flexible person and adapt well to new places and tasks :) The most important for me is that I get to learn something new, of myself and the world around me. This will be the moment where I want to immerse myself in nature, switch off my phone, and be present.

I am quite a relaxed and kind person who simply loves to try out new things! I am interested in human rights questions and during my studies I've focused on societal problems from governance point of view. However now I want to take some distance from the academia. During my free time I enjoy a variety of things, from a cozy evening by myself or a night out in a crowd - I love it all. I would also love to get back to doing my daily yoga sessions. Besides that, I will never say no to a boardgame evening, to a dinner together, or to a spontaneous roadtrip. Fun fact: I used to live with 15 roommates for three years. During this time, I've seen it all!

I have always loved working with my hands in the form of arts and crafts, and although I don't have a lot of experience in renovating or gardening, I'm sure I'd enjoy it! I also love animals to the fullest and feel confident around them. For example, I have ridden horses for quite some years during my teenager years. I also have a lot of experience from babysitting, as I have been an au pair in Shanghai and Germany. I also enjoy organising different social, cultural, and educational events of which I have experience from my university. Overall, I'm very motivated and would love to learn new skills for example in the garden, around the house, and would love to have the chance to spend time with animals!

What else ...

if it wasn't clear already, I love trying out new hobbies, and as the newest addition I've started road cycling and knitting. If you want to do some art projects together, count me in ;) I enjoy being in the nature, and around people and animals. These are the things I've missed the most whilst living in a busy city. Additionally, although I love to spend time socializing with others, I'm quite independent and enjoy spending time alone as well.
