Description
I am currently on a journey to visit all 49 UNESCO Creative Cities of Gastronomy around the world.
I am deeply interested in how the dishes on the table are connected to people’s daily lives, history, and culture. For me, food is not just something we eat — it is a story of the land and the people.
I truly love cooking and learning about where ingredients come from, including agriculture and local food systems. I would love to learn from local families, share meals together, and experience everyday life in each place.
I am also happy to share Japanese home cooking. If you are interested, I would love to cook simple Japanese dishes together and introduce a bit of Japanese food culture to your family.
In the future, I hope to compile my experiences into a book and share these stories through writing — and perhaps even through singing with my ukulele, one of my favorite hobbies.
I am responsible, open-minded, and happy to help with cooking, gardening, cleaning, language exchange, or creative projects.
I would be very happy to connect with both hosts and fellow travelers, exchange cultures, and create meaningful experiences together.
