Hello!
I'm Miglė :)

I've graduated from English philology (well, since my thesis was in literature, I usually just say I'm an English lit major) and right now I'm finishing my year as a English teacher in a high school.
I'm new to workaway, so the only review I can give is from my students hahah

My friends would usually describe me as a chaotic perfectionist and an absolute optimist (there's not a situation that I wouldn't see at least a crumb of good in). A curious mind that loves to explore. I love languages, reading, photography, little arts and crafts (atm really stuck on crocheting, and still in love with painting), music, traveling, conversing with friends and strangers, overall, sort of a jack of all trades - as long as I'm learning I'm happy.

Why am I here? Well, I've always wanted to try it, just never had the guts to do it. But when is a better time than now? I feel like it is something I really want to try and I would regret it if I don't.

I can teach you English and Lithuanian. We can go as deep as etymology, I'm very interested in languages (well I'm a philology major after all) I'm really interested in learning Italian, but I would love to learn any other language as well!

Well, for language exchange, though I'm not a native English speaker, with graduating from my university I have achieved C1 level certificate, I've been an English tutor for 3 years and an actual teacher for a year. I'm a native Lithuanian speakers, so I can always teach you my language (but be prepared, it's a hard one to crack - it's a very old and archaic one)

Although I'm a city girl, gardening work and maintenance is not an unfamiliar field for me - my grandma lived in a village and I spend majority of my life helping her out with everything - from taking care of animal (she always had chickens and cows) to taking care of the garden and obviously helping out in the house. Everyone says I'm a great at cooking and baking :)

I have also worked a bit in customer service in a cinema.
