👫 About Us
Hi! We are Michelle (28) and Marvin (34), an adventurous couple from the Netherlands currently living in Belgium. We are both outdoorsy, curious, and love rolling up our sleeves to help out. We enjoy discovering new places, meeting inspiring people, and learning from all kinds of projects – that’s why we are on Workaway!

🌱 Michelle
Michelle is a creative and versatile woman with a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & International Business and a Permaculture Design certificate. At home she has a large vegetable garden and food forest where she applies permaculture principles. She has one year of beekeeping experience, raises ducks and chickens (from hatching to caring and processing), and loves preserving her harvest by fermenting, making hot sauces, jams, and chutneys.
She also trained as a woodworker, renovated campers and enjoys building with natural materials. In her free time, she loves hiking with her dogs, kayaking, horseriding, traveling, making soap, jewelry and much more . She speaks Dutch, English, French, and Spanish and has a driver’s license.

🔧 Marvin
Marvin is a spontaneous and adventurous man with a true hands-on mentality. He is a trained welder and has a lot of experience in home renovation: painting, tiling, and general house maintenance. He has done plenty of housesitting and loves keeping things organized and tidy. He enjoys working in the garden – from cutting trees to planting vegetables and trimming hedges.
Besides his practical skills, Marvin has also organized events and is good at keeping things running smoothly. He speaks Dutch and English, holds a driver’s license as well as a truck license, and is always ready to help wherever needed.
