I'm 48yo but always open and curious to learn new skills. I've picked up a few useful ones (I think) along my life. I've had three (3) different careers in my lifetime, thus far....Carpenter, Financial Analyst, and Real Estate Broker/Manager/Investor. I am the owner or seven (7) apartments in the USA that I manage as rental properties - although nearly all of my income now goes to cover bank loans and other expenses. Not RICH MAN yet, but I am dreaming and working on making it come true someday :-) Lately I have been traveling the world and working in different Hostels (Reception, Bars, and Housekeeping) and teaching English!!!
