Description
Hi there, we really love travelling and we do it a lot. Sometimes alone, sometimes with our wonderful kids Lise (12) and Alfred (14), Tayo (5) and sometimes with friends. I like to learn more about the places and the people in the countries I travel to. So I deciced to give work and travel a chance. I'm new in the game, so there are no feedback so far.
Short biography Michael:
Apprenticeship as a bricklayer (worked after that 3 years as a yourneyman)
After that I finished my high school and went to uni (studied history, journalism and anthropology)
Worked seven years with a portrait and campaign photographer, lead a Casting Agency - named Juno Casting in Leipzig and nowadays work as a content writer.
I like climbing in the sandstone of Saxony but anywhere in the world too. And whenever I can, I ride my racing bike. I love exploring new cultures, beeing always curious about new people, living circumstances and stories.
Short biography Sophia:
I am a trained educator and have studied art therapy. I worked for many years in adult education and now coordinate further education and training for a social welfare organization.
I love being in nature. For many years I was out and about with my dog Andra. I like to draw, paint and dance. I recently started dancing tango and regularly attend milongas. I enjoy working with Micha because we complement each other perfectly. I like plants and enjoy working in the garden.
What I like about workaway is that you have the opportunity to get to know new people and their projects and to exchange ideas with them.

What else ...
I'm really interested in ecological construction. One day maybe I might build my own straw bale house. I like board games since I used to work in a game store during my uni time. I play guitar, bass guitar and and since one month tenor horn;) I like sauna, beeing in nature with my kids and hiking. Alfred wants to become a marine biologist and we all benefit from his knowledge of animals and plants. There are too many beautiful things in the world, impossible to mention them all. Let's talk about it.
