"Hey there! I'm Menke, a 23-year-old Dutch adventurer, ready to conquer the world, one step at a time. As a solo female traveler, I'm on a mission to explore, learn, and make a positive impact wherever my wanderlust takes me.
Being a Dutch girl, I'm used to all kinds of weather and love being outdoors.🌦️ I'm always on the go! I'm also a big animal lover and will miss my two cats dearly.🐈 I'm excited to explore new cultures and help out wherever I can, all while enjoying the great outdoors.
I have experience in education, childcare, elderly care, social work and hospitality, which has shaped me into a flexible and adaptable person. I’m eager to learn new languages, pick up new skills, and build meaningful connections with locals and fellow travelers from around the globe.🌍
In my free time you’ll find me hiking, surfing, reading, watching movies, or capturing my travel moments in photos and videos. I love being in nature and exploring new horizons, both in the world around me and within myself.🌄
I want to dive into experiences where I can work with people and animals, help out in various tasks from building, farming and gardening to teaching and social work. I’m here to learn, grow, and contribute wherever I can, whether it’s in the kitchen, at the bar, or out in the fields. Travel experience
Last March I traveled alone for the first time. I traveled through Europe for 3.5 months. I went by train with Interrail and I visited 8 countries. This trip has made me excited to travel more and explore even more!🚅🛤️🏖️🌇
