Hey there,
My name is Mencey. I have been living in London for the last 9 years of my life but I am from the Canary Islands in Spain. For me the word "home" means nature, specially the sun and the sea. I am a nature lover and a fitness enthusiast. I love getting to meet new people, culture and places. I find fascinating getting to discover the differences and similarities of how people live their day to day lives from one place to another of the world. Being surrounded by nature and people with beautiful and soulful hearts really fills me with joy. I love to help others and that's the reason I have dedicated my professional career to serving others. In the last years I have been combining my job as a fitness instructor in a gym, with another job in a care home where I organise activities and keep company to old people, some of them with dementia. I have also worked for myself as a life coach where I have been helping people transforming their pain into growth. I really love the power of how you can make people feel and I use my people skills and my positive attitude towards life in order to motivate and inspire others. Since I was a little kid, I have always wanted to switch off from the fast-paced world we live in, explore other countries and deepen my connection with nature and my spirituality. After 9 years in London, my heart is calling me to jump on a new adventure of discovery. In a nutshell, this is who I am and the reason behind this journey! Thanks, Mencey.

Hey there,
I have already spoken about this on my profile description so I will summarise and do my best.
My biggest skill and the one that I am more proud of is my people skills and the ability to connect with others. Apart from working in the fitness industry teaching group exercise classes, being a Life Coach and also working in a Care Home helping old people; I have also worked as receptionist, events assistant and travel agent.
I haven't work as a gardener or anything but I love anything to do taking care of plants.
I'd like to think of myself that I have good literacy skills and I am good with computers.
Anyway, mainly I just want to say that I am also excited about doing anything else that I haven't done before.
